Quarantine FOR AUSTRALIA is now based in Victoria. With our pet transport partners we can still provide a pick up service from quarantine and deliver your pets to you across Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and surrounds.
Our service is available to pick up your pet from Sydney Airport to your door once released from quarantine in Victoria.
We are available 7 days a week.
ADVANCE BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE.
SUNDAY TRANSFERS NEED 7 DAYS’ NOTICE.
All accounts need to be settled before your animal’s release – so please make sure this is up-to-date at least the day beforehand, otherwise this may result in a delay. This is particularly important if your pet is flying on to another destination. A delay at quarantine may prevent us from making your forwarding flight.
We can organise a fellow transporter to pickup at Spotswood
Quarantine centre.
Individual pet transfers by us from the airport or road transporters after their stay at Spotswood in Victoria.
Some tablets, bedding and toys may not be released from quarantine if they have been in with your pet.
Be aware that quarantine will only hold your pets until the end of their quarantine date – no longer.
If you require, we may be able to travel to Victoria to pick up or as above.
Where possible, we would prefer that it’s handled by a colleague in Victoria and put on a plane up.
(Regarding destination: Any destination you nominate is fine, whether kennels, airport, catteries, or a new home).
